Policies:

Boarding Reception hours of operation: Mon-Sat 9AM- 6PM; Sunday 5-6 PM. On Holidays usually 5-6 PM, please inquire, for example we'll be closing at 3PM on Christmas and New Year's Eves. Grooming hours are by appointment.

Check in: is between 9AM and 6 PM on the day of your reservation. (5-6 on Sunday)

Check out: is between 9 AM and 12 Noon, Mon-Sat, (5-6 on Sun). If your pet is picked up after noon time, there is an additional 1/2 day charge.

Example: Check in on Monday at 10 AM. Check out on Saturday at 5:30 PM. Charge is for 5 nights plus 1/2 for the late pickup.

Toy Dog Group Play Room: To have free access to the room your pet must be spayed/neutered. If they are not, we will place them in a large pen in the room, and they won't be able to go outdoors. They are welcome in the main kennel which is indoors/outdoors.

Vaccination Requirements
Dogs: DHPP, Rabies and Bordetella
Cats: FVRCP and Rabies.
We strongly suggest that you have your veterinarian fax your pets' shot records to us as soon as you make your reservation.
All pets must be flea-free.

Please note: Your pet can be "current" on all his shots, and still NOT have the Bordetella shot. We will not board your pet without this shot, it is for your pet's health.

Health Considerations:
We will administer medication ($1 per session, unless complicated, please inquire). Some pets have special needs that can be better serviced in a veterinary/hospital setting. We'll do our best to provide excellent care for your pet, please discuss your needs.
We cannot accept any pet that is pregnant or in heat.

Special Puppy and Kitten Precautions:
Puppies and kittens must be at least 6 months of age to stay with us.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:
If you cancel a reservation within 3 days of arrival, there is an $8 administrative fee for the first such cancellation. For each cancellation thereafter there is a $16 fee. We recognize that plans can change, but need to guard against anyone making and cancelling too many reservations, as we'll be turning away other customers for our limited capacity.
