The Secret Garden's staff always exercises good judgement and care when handling your pet. We have established, over the years, an exemplary safety record. However, sometimes, a dog or cat can respond erratically to the sights/sounds/smells of the grooming environment. This reaction could cause the pet to aggravate an existing illness or injury, or cause a new one. We cannot be responsible for the actions (and results of those actions) of a pet we are grooming. If you suspect that your pet has an illness or injury, or that the pet may respond abruptly, please advise us so we can do our best to take extra precautions!

We do not guarantee a fixed price for grooming services for ever. We attempt to control our costs and maintain our quality, providing the best value to you and best care of your pet.
