This is a picture of Tyler’s first hair cut when your shop was in Bridgewater. It is one of my favorite pictures of him. He was very young maybe only 6 months old. Your shop is really nice and my son and daughter-in-law thought it was so neat to watch Tyler being groomed from the web cam. That was pretty neat. We do not normally board our "babies" and we were very nervous, but I was so pleased when we got back to see that they received the best of care from your kennel. Unfortunately on September 13th Bailey passed away at the advanced age of 14. I want to thank you and your staff for taking such good care of him over the last several years when we went on our family vacations in the month of May. He always was well cared for and happy when we picked him up from the Secret Garden when we returned from our trips. ===========================================================
I have been a client for at least 4 years now and I couldn't be happier. I know Cooper is well cared for while I'm away because of his temperament when he returns home. Cristina, I have been telling everyone I know just how wonderful you all were with Suzie while we were away. I want to thank you again so much for taking such good care of her for me. Please know how grateful I am ! Suzie is doing alright. I am very afraid I won't have her for nearly as long as I would like, but it makes me appreciate and love her more every day that I do have her. It's hard thinking about all the dogs we have had ... loved ... and lost, but usually because they get old and die, this is so much sadder where Suz is so young. We were traveling out of town and needed boarding for my two year old black lab, Marley, for just for the day to attend a 50th wedding anniversary party. I called the Friday evening before and was told not to worry we can take him. I was so relieved to hear that! It made our trip less stressful and more enjoyable knowing our dog was in good hands. Our vet faxed over his records first thing Saturday morning and by 10:30 AM Marley was having a great time running around the fenced in area at Secret Garden. When we picked him up at 5:00 PM he was so tired and well exercised he slept the entire way back to Connecticut. Thank you Secret Garden for taking him in on such short notice and taking excellent care of Marley!!! ===========================================================
I brought in my shih tzu Nicky for grooming for the first time December of last year-having gone through a long study and research on the best grooming service for our baby. Cristina answered all my queries with confidence and knowledge and that put me at ease from the get go. Nicky has been a loyal customer ever since and his mom and dad are happy that he is happy and safe. I have yet to try the daycare service-although hesitant to do this I would like to give it a shot. Hopefully Cristina and the staff can show me around the daycare place one time after I drop Nicky off as I have tons of questions about it. Overall, the O'Briens are happy customers of Secret Garden. My friend and I attended your event on Saturday, 12/13/08, of course with our dogs. We had a great time! I am looking around for a kennel during a week in July, 2009. As Phillip & I plan our upcoming golf trip to Bermuda, we are thankful to The Secret Garden's Boarding & Grooming staff. It gives us great comfort, when we must travel without Pepper, to know she is getting plenty of exercise on here daily walks and lots of TLC in a clean, secure and well organized resort. In addition, I don't feel foolish when I call several times in a week to see how my little girl is doing. It is always great to return and find her smelling wonderful, feeling soft and cuddly, and as happy as when we dropped her off. Knowing she enjoys her stays so much helps minimize our discomfort of leaving her behind on our trips. PS. Pepper looks forward to her upcoming 3/22-3/31 stay. I just bought a 8 week old toy poodle and was interested in getting grooming prices from you. I live on South Street in Bridgewater and would be interested in frequenting your local business. Cristina, i would like to thank you for the beautiful job of grooming on my Mom's beloved shepherd "Greta" today 8/31 on such short notice. We have other pets who are clients of Dr. Brown and his assistant Dee. Dee recommended your services highly and as we just moved my Mom's dog down to our home here from Winthrop, Maine it has been a hard adjustment for her and we knew that she needed a grooming and you took her on such short notice which we all appreciated. I had to drop a comment of my visit with Tayden this past weekend. Very nice and informative when dropping him off for 1st time, also Tayden seemed to be very happy with surroundings and seemed very happy when he came home. Also I just loved how he was groomed!! Hello All, Just having a group of dogs that we all know at some point in their life were so sick, and to see them today doing so well. I remember thinking when Zoey was losing weight that if she continued for another three weeks, she would be dead. And today you would never know how sick she was. I guess we all count our blessings that the vet finally got it right, we have a great support group and we have each other to help us through the tough times. I would like to thank Jan for those wonderful bandannas. And for all of your knowledge in EPI and for sharing that info with all of us. A huge thank you to Bob White for his guidance during the day, and to Alto for entertaining all of us. And lastly a huge Thank You to Cristina Crowley for the use of The Secret Garden.
